/timeout
This times out a user for a specified period of time so that they cannot chat anymore.
/kick
This kicks a user from the server. They ARE able to rejoin the server if they get a invite.
/ban
This bans a user from the server which makes them unable to join unless the ban is lifted.
/global-blacklist-setup
This would set a specific channel for all global blacklists to be posted to. This would also send any logs of a global ban IF enabled.
/global-ban-enable
This would enable our global ban feature which allows Aether Network staff to globally ban a user. This would enable the ability to ban them in all users with the bot. This would be used to ban bad people from all servers with the bot that have this feature enabled
